Welcome to our stunning Victorian villa: Convenient yet secluded, and an easy ten minute walk to Cambridge town centre, with its many cafés, restaurants and specialty shops.

All rooms have their own individual private access from an outside deck, making them ideal for early departures.

Set in spacious grounds with generous parking, it is ideally located for Hobbiton, Waitomo Glowworm Caves and central North Island attractions. We are around 1 hour from Tauranga, Rotorua, and 1.5 hours from Auckland and Taupo.

We provide a well appointed garden room with a do it yourself style continental breakfast, stocked with breads, jams, spreads, yoghurt, cereals and coffee pod machine, there are also kitchenette facilities in the garden room which is available for use to all guests.
